Unlike commercial kennels that lock dogs in sterile cages or concrete pens, The Pet Retreat operates like a genuine family home. Dogs sleep directly on human beds with our round-the-clock caregivers or on clean orthopedic cots and plush rugs. There are zero wire cages, zero metal grates, and no isolation anxiety. Boarding is just ₹700 per day all-inclusive.

We send daily high-resolution photo logs and video clips directly to your WhatsApp. You will see your pet eating, playing with friends, resting in the living room, and cuddling with handlers. You can also request a live WhatsApp video call anytime to see your fur baby in real-time!

Our retreat working hours are 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM, 7 Days a week (including weekends and holidays). Check-in, check-out, daycare drop-offs, master grooming, and retreat visits are welcomed throughout our 7:30 AM – 11:30 PM operational window. For pets boarding overnight, our dedicated caregivers reside on campus 24/7 so your pet is always watched over and cuddled.

Yes, 100%! If the check-out is earlier than expected, your remaining amount will be refunded.

We believe in fair, customer-first pet care. If your trip gets cut short or you need to collect your pet ahead of schedule, you are only charged for the exact days your pet stayed with us. Any advance balance for remaining unused days is promptly refunded to you. Similarly, on booking cancellations, any advance deposit is refunded back to your original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer) without hassle or hidden lock-ins.

Every new dog undergoes a gentle, supervised temperament evaluation upon arrival. We carefully group dogs by energy level, play style, and size (e.g., small toy breeds have dedicated quiet spaces away from energetic large breeds). If a dog prefers solitary human companionship over canine play, our spacious layout allows peaceful solo lounging with dedicated caregiver attention.

Our grooming salon is led by master groomer Mantosh. We offer complete transparent pricing for both in-salon visits and doorstep home grooming:

Yes! We provide full-fledged doorstep pet grooming services across Chhatarpur, DLF Farms, Vasant Kunj, Saket, Sainik Farm, Mehrauli, GK, and Gurgaon borders. Our master groomer Mantosh arrives with professional sanitized scissors, clippers, warm dryers, towels, and skin-friendly shampoos so your pet is groomed comfortably in their own home.

Mantosh has extensive specialized experience handling reactive, anxious, rescue, and senior pets without any harmful sedatives. We use fear-free handling, calm voice modulation, treat rewards, and frequent rest breaks. Many pet parents who struggled at other commercial parlors bring their pets exclusively to Mantosh for low-stress grooming.

To protect all home guests, we require up-to-date veterinary vaccination records for:

• Dogs: DHPPi (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), Anti-Rabies, and Kennel Cough (Bordetella bronchiseptica).
• Cats: Feline Tricat (FVRCP) and Anti-Rabies.

You can easily snap a photo of your pet's vaccination booklet and send it to our WhatsApp team before check-in.

We maintain a 100% tick-free environment. All pets must have had an approved anti-tick and flea preventative (e.g., Bravecto, NexGard, or Frontline Spot-on) administered within the last 30 days. If your pet has active ticks upon arrival, we administer an immediate botanical anti-tick bath before they join community spaces.

We have a qualified veterinarian on-call 24/7. Because caregivers reside directly with the pets around the clock, any sudden lethargy or distress is identified immediately. For specialized emergencies, we have immediate proximity to top South Delhi veterinary hospitals in Chhatarpur, Mehrauli, and Vasant Kunj. We notify pet parents immediately and coordinate transparent care.

Our dedicated kitchen prepares fresh home meals every day: boiled chicken, rice, boiled eggs, wholesome bone broth, pumpkin, curd, and paneer. If your dog is on a specific commercial kibble (Royal Canin, Farmina N&D, Arden Grange) or a raw BARF diet, pet parents may provide it, and we will portion and serve it exactly as instructed. Filtered RO water is refreshed continuously.

Yes, absolutely. Our caregivers have extensive experience administering oral tablets (wrapped in treats or pill pockets), liquid syrups, joint supplements, and medicated ear/eye drops precisely on schedule. We do not charge any medication administration fee.

Cats are housed in a dedicated, peaceful, completely dog-free wing at ₹800 per night. Each cat has access to individual sanitized litter boxes, climbing trees, scratching posts, and cozy sleeping cubbies with window views. Feline guests receive quiet one-on-one cuddle sessions and gentle brush outs.

We understand that travel plans can shift. We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date. Bookings can be confirmed quickly via WhatsApp with minimal advance deposit to secure your pet's bed.
