Do I need an appointment before visiting the campus?
Yes, we recommend prior notice or booking for campus visits to ensure our handlers can give you undivided
attention and to prevent disruptions during resident dog playtime.
What services are offered at The Pet Retreat Chhatarpur?
We offer comprehensive pet care: 100% cage-free home boarding, social daycare, professional grooming by master groomer Mantosh, nourishing warm baths, feline boarding & care, and a curated pet supply store.
What should I bring for my pet during an overnight stay?
Please bring their updated vaccination booklet, their regular food (to prevent digestive changes), and any
favorite blanket or toy carrying your scent. We provide fresh bowls, orthopaedic beds, clean filtered
water, and treats.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
We offer 100% free cancellations or date reschedules up to 48 hours prior to the booked check-in date.
